Dear Pine Ridge family,
In January 2000, Pine Ridge Presbyterian Church numbered 525 members and hosted two Sunday worship services. The tremendous growth in membership during the late 1990s had slowed, and the Session formed a long-range worship committee to study worship and growth trends. The committee ultimately recommended building a larger sanctuary.
On September 14, 2007, Pine Ridge Church celebrated its first worship service – all three services together – in the new sanctuary with a record 650 people in attendance.
Since then, wonderful things continue to happen as we have welcomed more than 100 new members and continue to welcome 60+ visitors each Sunday. The new building has done what was hoped and planned – invite new people to share in the Good News and become a place where many could experience God together.

• Be thankful as together we celebrate God’s blessings and guidance for our congregation.
On Commitment Sunday, November 22, everyone will be invited to make their annual commitment to the general church operating budget (regular Sunday giving). On the same day, everyone also will be given the opportunity make a special three-year commitment to the capital campaign - over and above what they commit to give to the regular church operating budget – for the purpose of servicing the debt.
Thank you for your continuing support of the life and faith of Pine Ridge through your time, talent and treasure. As ever, God, who was in attendance to bring Pine Ridge into the world 48 years ago on a cold winter night, has remained faithful through the years and will continue to guide, protect and love us, as together we nourish the spirit and spread the Word.
